Terms of Service for Voostech Kids

Welcome to Voostech Kids, an educational platform for children that is managed by a parent or legal guardian. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Voostech Kids mobile app, website, learning content, and related services.

By creating a parent account or using Voostech Kids, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

1. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

A Voostech Kids account must be created and managed by an adult parent or legal guardian. The adult account holder is responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
• Keeping login credentials and the Parent PIN secure.
• Creating and supervising child profiles connected to the account.
• Making sure each child uses Voostech Kids in a safe and age-appropriate way.

Children must not create parent accounts or provide personal contact information directly to Voostech Kids.

2. Educational Service

Voostech Kids provides stories, lessons, games, quizzes, rewards, progress tracking, and related educational experiences. Content may be adapted based on a child profile’s age group, learning progress, and selected preferences.

Voostech Kids supports learning but does not replace a school, qualified teacher, medical professional, or specialist assessment. We do not guarantee a particular academic result.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Voostech Kids for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass the Parent PIN, authentication, access controls, or other safety measures.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Voostech Kids or its content except where the law expressly permits it.
• Upload malware, interfere with service operation, or access another person’s account or data without permission.
• Use automated systems to place unreasonable load on the service.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account, password, or Parent PIN has been compromised. We may require verification before restoring access or changing security details.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect children, users, Voostech Kids, or the integrity of the service.

5. Privacy and Children’s Data

Our Privacy Policy explains the parent and child information we collect, why we use it, how it is protected, and the choices available to parents and guardians. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Parents should use a child’s first name or nickname for a child profile and must not enter a child’s contact information or precise location.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Voostech Kids, including its software, characters, artwork, stories, lessons, audio, branding, and other content, is owned by Voostech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Voostech Kids for your family’s non-commercial educational use while your account remains active and you comply with these Terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Voostech Kids reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, connectivity, or circumstances outside our control. Features and content may be added, changed, or removed as the service evolves.

8. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from the Parent Settings area. Account deletion permanently removes the parent account, child profiles, and associated learning progress as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms, threatens child safety, infringes another person’s rights, or creates security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Voostech Kids is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item of content will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Voostech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, Voostech Kids. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Voostech Kids, applicable law, or our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
