Account & Data Deletion Request
At KIDS, we take your privacy and your child's safety very seriously. If you would like to permanently delete your parent account, all associated child profiles, and all learning data, please submit a request using the form below.
What will be deleted?
In accordance with data safety guidelines, deleting your account will permanently remove:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Location data (if applicable)
- All Child Profile data, learning progress, and history
Data deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone and all progress will be lost.
